- KVKristen VentolaAug 14, 20251.0BUYER BEWARE the consistency of the Açaí is liquid, NOT sorbet! I ordered 4 Açaí bowls. She forgot to put peanut butter in one so after she did, she didn’t close the lid all the way. This wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t for the soup like consistency of the Açaí! The lid popped off and leaked all over my car and the other 3 bowls. When I called, I was told “they’ve been having a problem with the lids”! Wow! So disappointed! I wish I could post a picture!

They said "Those people were so dumb" and further described our order which is how we knew it was about us. We told them it was us and they awkwardly stared at us trying to justify their actions. We left without our bowls. Very disappointed.
