- TTToriNov 26, 20251.0I ordered Hannaford To Go and scheduled to domso between 5-6pm. I pulled up and backed into my spot to make loading easier. On my way to the store I received a text from Hannaford asking me to "click the link" to alert them I've arrived so I comply. I wait patiently understanding it's the night before Thanksgiving and they must be swamped. And I wait some more. After 30 minutes and witnessing a customer who pulled in well after me getting his order I decide to call to make sure everything is okay. I was told "no you have to call" I try explaining I received the text how should I have known the woman completely dismisses my feed back and just rushes me off the phone. I did see After the fact a VERY small sign below the GIGANTIC sign that also tells you to checking on the app that the app isn't working. I then proceed to let the girl who brought my order out that the small sign should be bigger and maybe put on top of the bigger sign to help draw attention and she CLEARLY didn't care at all about my frustration on waiting a half hour. The customer service was unacceptable.

We have found gluten free bread and cookies, cakes for birthdays and English muffins. I love the huge variety of fruit and vegetables.. Great choices. Staff always helpful and polite.
