Your employees are suffering due to your lack of support to get them sufficient equipment!! $5 ice coffee through a busted speaker is bullshit!! I have watched this place cycle through employees 4 times in the last year. I love my dunking coffee but these employees are dealing with issues that they shouldn’t have to!! Corporate needs to get a clue like fix your shit instead of paying Ben Affleck millions of $ to do your commercials??? Staff are human and working very hard under bad conditions and low staff!!

Its apparent that this location has gone down hill badly. The two women working the drive through were working hard but seemed put out by everything. The guy working sandwiches was wearing his mask around his chin. Mouth and nose fully exposed. I know there are people that are against masks but its your job and you're handling other peoples food. Just grow up. Funny thing is that I wouldn't have noticed but he was throwing a tantrum about something. The guy at the inside counter was new but was trying hard. I didn't order my breakfast though since the guy making sandwiches can't even wear a mask right. I went somewhere else where they can. You can agree or disagree with masks but you are handling other people food. The tantrum was entertaining though. I won't be back though.
