Manager is always out front on her phone vaping while she leaves people that are incapable of doing there job efficiently or correctly to struggle. More times than not, I have to have my coffee remade and I am consistently charged 2 different amounts for the same coffee. Get it together guys or hire a manager who actually trains and manages her employees.
