Called to make a reservation for a larger party. Was told that since I hadn’t called 24 hrs in advance they would be unable to serve us. WOW never seen a restaurant that made so much money they could afford to turn away guests. I guess I will spend my money at an establishment that wants to make money. I will and definitely suggest to everyone I know that they should no longer support your business.

I had the worst experience with my to go order on 11/14/25. I called and ordered the beer cheese spaghetti with an extra side of beer cheese sauce on the side. They told me my order was going to cost close to 30.00 and I have never paid that price before as I have ordered this same order so many times in my life. They gave me 3 sides of sauce and the manager fixed the price and took the sauce back leaving me with one. I get home to eat to my food and I notice that there is no sauce on my spaghetti. I called the restaurant to tell them what happened and had to dive back to get a new order. When I arrived I stood and the front waiting for someone to help me. When no one came to the front desk I called the restaurant to let them know I was there. The manager came out and handed me a new order without trying comp me anything and hands me the bag. She did apologize for it however, after asking her what went wrong with my order Capri (who said she was the manager on duty) told her other coworker how she was “so ready to get out of here ugh” in way like I was the problem. All I wanted was food for my daughter. Worst customer service EVER!!!

Very disappointed with how downhill they have become. Met a few friends here tonight, and there were gnats flying all over our table, and in our drinks and food. I’m not sure how a business can stay open with this happening? The portions of the food were smaller than I remember as well, and the food was very bland. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it came in a small bowl with a very little portion of bland chicken. For $16.99?! Our waitress had to be asked to refill our drinks after we sat there and ate without anything to drink. All and all, go spend your money somewhere else!

Ordered the Cajun dish. Not sure if they know what Cajun food tastes like, but this was not even close. I've had better from a frozen dinner. Portion was small. Wife had the chicken parm. Don't know what the hell they were trying to pass for marinara, but this was not it. Sub par food aside, the salad bar was not impressive with it's wilted lettuce and generic cheese. The gnats were atrocious, I probably killed at least ten and was still swatting them away from our food and drinks. Server was mostly MIA, went most of the meal without a refill on our drinks. I could maybe understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. Won't be returning here. Think I'll just stick with Spezia the next time I want Italian.

Very high volume restetaunt that met all my expectations. Not for an intimate dinner. Very kid friendly with lots of kids (all ages) on a Sunday night. Me and my son had a couple of the different sauces and different pastas and everything was good. This place will be a big hit for any pasta lovers in your house.
