Went through h the drive through and was told the wrong amount at the pay here had to correct and confirm my order. Went to pick up my food and drove away because I had school to see no food in my bag just sauces. So I call the place and the manager who I can barely understand her English tells me I can’t get a refund. The fries that I did get were cold. Unless you 1. Don’t mind not getting your food and 2. Speak Spanish this McDonalds is for you

They always mess up my orders some how! Like this morning ordered 2 sausage egg n cheese bagels and got home and they were 2 bacon egg n cheese ones! I should have checked when I pulled away cause the guy at the window said here’s your 2 bacon egg n cheese bagels, I mean 2 sausage egg n cheese bagels! How do you get bacon from sausage? Even when the tag says SAUSAGE!

My son absolutely loves fries from Mcdonald's and so after a few errands I took him over. On 12/27 I had an amazing experience with Asia! From the time I was greeted until I met her with a smile at the window full of energy and joy. Asia was patient, kind, caring, and helpful. Ordering with a child can be stressful but she was truly amazing and made the visit memorable for my son and I. Keep up the good work, Asia!

Don’t try to eat inside. I took a kid that was very excited to eat there. 2 kiosks broke. So went to front counter where the person working was talking on the phone on speaker to her mom about bringing food home for 5-10 minutes. Didn’t acknowledge me or the kid waiting patiently. That person leaves. Must of caught shift change. New person at counter seems like I am inconveniencing them. We remain polite. Finally get order in. Whole eat in section is trashed. No ketchup in dispenser, lids trashed. Soda everywhere.. Mess everywhere dine-in room. I cleaned my own table. Apparently No one cleans. No one manages. Back counter was Chaos. 15 minutes I wait for food and not an exaggeration. No one is working front at this point so I have to be like hey y’all forget about me?!. New girl is like oh no! She is on top of it. Gets food right away. I don’t mean to come on and complain, but this was ridiculous.

On our last trip to this particular, McDonald’s, our food was actually paid for by the people in front of us so it was an extremely positive experience. Will make sure to pay it for next time we go through.
