    Omg talk about unprofessional and horrible service. This is my 4th awful encounter at this location. Go to a different one in Omaha.

    I've gotten food from this location 3 times and all 3 times the order was wrong. The food is subpar, too. The queso is pretty good, to be fair, but the pretzel sticks were greasy and floppy, and my fish sandwich was very bland. I will reserve judgement of Dairy Queen in general until I try a different location, but this one will no longer be getting my business.

    As I was buying an ice cream cone I noticed the counter below the blizzard machines had massive amount of debris of food and ice cream and cookie crumble which is disgusting. Also, the bathrooms are terrible, I mean like a gas station terrible. There's also a man walking around each time I've been there who doesn't seem right.

    One for the worst fast food joints I've been too, from the front ordering, I could see how disgusting it is, they make no effort to clean. Staff are very...unenthusiastic and seem bored with their lives, walk around in cutoff shirts. Food, sub-par. This is my 4th and last time at this establishment. I'll start driving further away for Wendys

    Went there on a Sunday and I'm not sure the employees couldn't have been more pissed that it was busy. 3 ice cream orders with no lids and poorly constructed (a drop of hot fudge in a hot fudge sundae, blizzards not mixed) and I'm pretty sure if they could have thrown them at me, they would have. Never had problems here before but cautious if they're busy apparently. You'll be cleaning your car and garage up with the ice cream you purchased.
