In addition to the waitress’s poor attitude (I’m not sure if it was racism), we were a group of five adults and six children, including two babies. When we arrived, they turned on the air conditioning even though it was very cold outside. The next day, all of us got food poisoning, except for the babies who did not eat pizza or any food from the restaurant. Today, we are all sick with stomach issues, nausea, and vomiting, which makes us believe that we were served food that was spoiled or in poor condition.

My order was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes… but I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even after the app told me it was ready, I still sat in the lobby another 45 minutes before getting my food. While waiting, they ignored the ringing phone completely and turned away several customers who wanted to dine in. This is the second time in a row this has happened, and it’s honestly disappointing to see a local business run like this. I hate to say it, but I won’t be taking my business there anymore—and I’d encourage others to consider doing the same. We deserve better customer service in our community.

If I ever stay here again I will definitely order from this location again, best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in a long time!! Kudos to the staff at this location!

Sauce was to my liking, plenty of cheese, and the toppings were very well apportioned. The delivery driver was great! Arrived 15 minutes before the time stated when I placed the order. The driver was very courteous and polite. When giving me the pizza he asked how many would be eating, and when I replied just one, he provided me with plates, napkins, big paper cups, and plastic utensils. This has never happened before in all my travels and getting Pizza Hut. This driver should be training delivery drivers nation wide. Will definitely be using this Pizza Hut on my future visits to Ogallala. You cannot go wrong here.
