- IDI'm Dave4 days ago1.0I asked for chicken nuggets to be cooked fresh. Not from the drawer of already cooked nuggets. The cashier told the cooks to make them fresh. I waited for a few minutes while other orders were being filled. I saw the guy on the line grab a 20 peice nugget box and pull out the drawer & put in my nuggets. Right after he slid the box to the front line I saw them bringing the freshly cooked nuggets to be put in the drawer. My nuggets were luke warm & DEFINITELY NOT FRESH! Everytime I go to McDonald's I ask for fresh nuggets because I'm getting tired of eating crap! McDonald's corporate training must include to the trainees, "If customers ask to make something fresh, say yes" then give them what's already made even if it's been there a while! This is the last time I'm going to McDonald's. This happens I'd day 8 or of 10 times I go to McDonald's. If the employees don't take pride in their work, it's not a restaurant chain I care to continue going to. It doesn't take much to make your customers happy. But to disappoint customers time and time again, is a good way to lose customers!

I gently asked to fill it up even one of the ladies said this needs to be filled up but the one who made my coffee didn’t want to fill up and said i can put more ice so it s full. 0 star honestly ruined my morning breakfast.
