If there’s ever an issue that comes up, Chad, the manager always takes care of it, he truly does his best to make you want to come back again and again.

He finally credited my phone number (not my credit card) for $10. He had my ticket number and the pizza they charged me for was $12.50. He than said he would credit $15 and abruptly hung up on me.. jerk. Never again. Not worth it.

The food quality is great. They are just told to put half the amount on the pizzas by their leadership. Bottom line is more important to their management. Used to order twice a week, for years. Never ordering again. Drivers will miss us, but just can't do it anymore. And please dont have your third party admins tell me to contact them so they can address it. I emailed you over a week ago. Nothing. Filled put your survey. Nothing. So, take your "we're so sorry" bot and shove it. You laugh and dont care, but you just lost a huge chunk of sales.
