When they hand you the food they can’t even say hello and act like the customer is an inconvenience. Save yourself a lot of frustrations and just go to a different location.

Her tone is always harsh and impatient, like she’s annoyed just to take your order. She constantly rushes people, cutting you off before you can even finish speaking, and if you try to clarify your order, she snaps back with attitude. The last few times I’ve been here, she’s even used foul language at me.

Ordered ahead on the app and when we got to the window to pickup our food at the drive thru the guy said he cleared our order cuz there was too many and asked what we had ordered. We told him and he came back with a completely random bag of food, he asked if I wanted Diet Coke or regular coke then proceeded to give me dr. Pepper. We decided to park and go inside to tell someone this was not the food we ordered. The lady packaging the food snatched the bag from us AND HANDED IT OUT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW TO ANOTHER CAR. we had literally already opened the sandwiches and touched everything but she gave it to another customer. This is illegal. We never got our food btw. Will never go back.

So I got there and waited about 1.5 minutes without anyone attending.. so I decide to call ... hello .. hello in a calm voice though at short intervals, the girl responded back after a few calls ... said "dude... you just got here... why you... and was speechless and then I heard laughter from the background from a couple of people. She got back to me after a few seconds and said " what do you want? " .. I responded Nuggets.. didn't hear any more response from her. Only to look at the other customer being attended at that came later on while I was waiting for a no response. I just drove off pissed and looked for other options. I don't really know why one would clock in and don't do their job right. This is not fair at all.
