  Closed 45 minutes before their actual closing time, but was still accepting orders through the app. All the lights were on but they told us they were closed in the drive thru.

  The young lady take orders was very mean unprofessional! Highly disrespectful. My bf and I waited 40 minutes just for our food! I get it, it’s a restaurant but 40 minutes is outrageous. I’m an assistant manager for a food place. If I seen my employees acting the way she was. Instant fire. Seem like she didn’t want to be there, if that’s the case don’t apply for a job. SIMPLE. The sprite tasted nasty, there were no napkins, or ice! We asked if she could get some from the back soda machine, I took about 5 minutes! Never returning to this location!!

  11/2/25 went to location around 11:00am male came over asking what he could get started. Was very polite whoever else he was working with kept interrupting the gentleman while he was taking the order. as we were almost through our order she came back over for a second time telling us to please. we found this very rude considering she was not taking the order he was finally on the second time of cutting him and us off we told them to cancel the order as it was very rude of her to keep interrupting the gentleman taking our order and we even told them this. We will not be coming back to this location if staff can’t take an order right away due to short staffing or something they can lead with that instead of interrupting your other coworkers who are doing an amazing job taking the order there is no need for another employee stepping in disrupting the order. This is very unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve tried doing business with this location and both times there’s out of half there products. Dont go to this location your either not getting half of what you want or someone who hates there job may make the experience not worth the order experience. All we wanted was 3 10 peace medium nugget meals and two buffalo ranch wraps order would of come to over 30+dollars easy 30+ dollars saved and made for the business if this is the way you treat your customers then I pray this location shuts down as it’s not a good business strategy unless that busI was strategy is to lose customers and sales. If I could give no stars I would.
