  My exp7here is good. Polite and professional service. Most of all, the place is clean. The floor is clean, the table is clean. I often feel comfortable to be here to get something to eat.

  The kids area was the most disgusting area looks like it has not been cleaned in almost a year we took a baby wipe to it an the baby wipe was completely black and the spot where we wiped looked pretty close to new

  So this happened to me today, for better context November 8th, and never had this happen before! I come to this McDonald's all the time and have never seen such unprofessionalism!! I came by around 10:00 to 10:45, and I say this because the vehicle in front of me decided it would be a good idea to chat to the girl at the window giving out food during this time, a girl with dark hair, tan skin and round glasses, I'm assuming she's new because I've never seen her, anyway. This worker took it upon herself to hold up the line for 40 minutes talking to this group of kids. She was hanging her head out the window checking the line, passing her phone back and forth through the window, giving away free food because there was absolutely no way that these kids order all this food. Again I was right behind them. Anyway the entire time this employee was chatting up this car, the passenger of said car starting shooting at mine with a water gun and your employee saw this and started laughing along with this car. This same car drives out of the way whips around and shoots at me again while throwing I'm assuming the extra food that was given to them at my car while I was still in the drive through and this girl is just laughing it up but as soon as I pull up, her whole mood shifts and she's not laughing anymore. I know it's just a water gun, but what if it was real and God knows what was actually put in it, it could have been paint thinner for all I know, but what I do know is if my car is ruined because of this incident there will be serious issues!! This girl needs to be fired and taught about respect. I have no idea who the heck these kids were and I really hope they and this employee get into serious trouble. And yes, I do have pictures and videos of the incident.

  I drive past the 56th and Old Cheney location to come here. Always clean and fresh food, also glad they have self service fountain drinks, unlike 56th and Old Cheney

  I couldn’t barely understand the person on the drive thru speaker, then the person I paid barely spoke to me. When I received my large Coke, this being during the Monopoly Game promotion, upon inspection of my cup, I saw there was no Monopoly game piece on it. When the person came and said, “here’s your food.” I called them out on the fact that there was no Monopoly game piece on my cup, showing it to him. He said, “oh, you want one of the Monopoly thingies?” I said I would and he returned with a portion of a cup cut out with a Monopoly game piece on it, leading me to believe that crew had cut all the Monopoly game pieces out of the new cups and were giving out old cups to the customers, hoping to not get busted out. Well, they didn’t fool me. I tried my food instantly and the fries were absolutely cold and not salty at all. The twenty piece chicken McNuggets I ordered to take home to my son to share with me was also extremely cold and nearly petrified all the way through. I ended up throwing out the two medium fries and twenty piece McNuggets and my son and I only ate the quarter pounders with cheese, which were like warm. So, for two quarter pounders with cheese and a large Coke, that I had to call the employee out on for the Monopoly game piece that was supposed to be on it, I ended up paying $32 and change. I will not be visiting this sheisty McDonald’s again for their cold, dry, bland, crappy food and to be ripped off the promotion that is currently being run.
