    Absolute worst McDonalds in Nebraska. The staff, aside from one new hire, are incredibly rude. Been here for 15 minutes and still haven’t been helped. Don’t come here!!

    It would be faster to axe a cow and a few chickens, prepare it myself, and it would have still been a hot sandwich. I ordered a basic amount of food and it took almost 30 minutes to receive. When I asked why it was taking so long (and I asked it kindly), they said they were waiting on the spicy McChickens. Well, did you know you can fry them all at once? After waiting 84 years, the fries were cold and no salt. Sorry not sorry to be a Karen, but Ronald McDonald would be upset.

    They have an over reliance on parking people to have them wait for food. I get it sometimes you need to, but without fail in the past 6 months I have been asked to pull forward to wait. Every. Single. Time. And the kicker is I always order ahead but without fail every single time I get asked to pull forward and this is what broke the camel's back because instead of preparing the food ahead of time and just having it there ready to be delivered to the person as they come through the drive-thru they wait until you pull up and give them your code and then they start making it every other McDonald's that I have been to in any other City does not do that I don't understand I don't get it and I don't think I ever will because either due to laziness or incompetence they don't do that. So save your money go somewhere else but I won't be coming back
