Whether it’s the hunger Hispanic women or young guy with a mustache, they literally throw your food at you. Most of the times without a single napkin or straw. God forbid you ask for ketchup… it’s like you’re asking them for their social security number. Dirty looks, they grab an over exaggerated handful and drop half of them on the ground. You say think you , and they just glare at you like you’re the worst inconvenience possible. This is literally my experience at least 20 different times in the last two years. I just left there, I knew guy at the second window so I had some hope, WRONG, same attitude when I asked for ketchup and a napkin since none were included. Idk maybe it’s just me but the older lady at the front window is very nice, and then you get your food and it’s the exact opposite. Rude and rather condescending at times. I should’ve wrote a review way earlier, but I’m about to leave the area permanently and figured I’d put one in since I stopped there probably for the last time tonight. Place seems to need a full-blown culture change.
