  Do you like when a place is annoyed when you go there for food? Do you love sitting at the menu board for 10 minutes as the only car in the drive thru Lane? Another 15 minutes to recieve your food? The workers smoking vapes in the open and eating food right in front of you without ever seeing anyone wash their hands? If any of these things sound fun to you. This is your place to eat in town!

  I would give this place a zero if I could because customer service sucks you wait for 15 minutes or longer just to get help, When I went in I saw employees making ice cream and eating it and not paying for it as if it was a joke to them and the manager acts as if she can't be bothered if her employees need her. So very sad this McDonald's should really be shut down it screams health violations and the manager and employees are just down right rude and some of the employees ain't even dressed appropriately so discussing will never go back to this McDonald's nor will I ever refer any of my friends and family to this McDonald's.

  This place needs to be shut down or everyone fired and start over. Everyone here including the managers want to collect a pay check but complain about actually having to work. They are rude, disrespectful and just gross. Hardly anyone wears a uniform or looks like they work for the company. They are the only place open in the morning that people can get breakfast besides the gas station, but then flip Out when they get more than one customer. 70% of the time the lobby is always closed and they use the excuse that it's because they're short-staffed.If the managers treated the other employees who actually do their job with the same respect that they want from all the employees employees wouldn't quit. The only employees that actually work at the store are lazy and disrespectful , and they're all friends with the managers , hence why they all still have their job. It doesn't matter what time of day you go up there for food you're waiting a minimum fifteen to thirty minutes for your order. They constant. Ly use the excuse that their short stuff and nuts with taking so long.I've been in there multiple times I happen to know that they're not sure staff.The people are just too busy playing around, And doing everything they possibly can.It seems to make it take longer than it has to, to make orders

  I am normally not one to make a comment bc I always understand and have respect for those in food service. However this is the 3rd bad experience I have had there and I am hoping some feedback be helpful for someone. At least one meal out of our family of fours is always completely disgusting, the rest is questionable. There is zero customer service skills here, talking to a customer, thanking a customer, taking an order, all could use some attention. The bathrooms are very gross with urine all over. And I’m sure you have tried to train people but I really wish we could bring customer service back!
