Because no stars is not an option !! After purchasing breakfast and letting the crew know our situation of getting the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop. And with the understanding that it was ok to wait here until the vehicle was repaired. Our driver had driven until 3a and waiting in 28° weather for the wrecker service for an hr+ , 35 mi away with kids. To the point, our driver was talking a quick nap during the repair (fuel pump, about 3hr situation) . Employee, Barb , approached and told us that " there is no napping as per company policy " I don't recall a customer company policy. So I can't comment on whether or not customer company policy includes being able to bring in outside food like grocery purchased cinnamon rolls and raisin cinnamon cookies (I do believe that's a health code violation, since it wasn't prepared in the restaurants kitchen) and just ordering up to 10 coffees at one time and discussing ??____?? for 3+ hrs. Shout out to Lone Tree towing for getting to us in just over an hr 35 mi away, and Ken's auto for getting us back on the road.

I went to McDonald’s and I ordered very clearly I spoke patiently and waited for my order to be understood I asked for my burgers “Plain” this lady really put one of my burgers plain and the other, let’s throw everything on it, I hope you’re staff can understand English properly.

I should’ve just kept it pushing when they asked me four times for my code. Just spent 12 something on the Grinch meal I got the big Mac bread is not toasted so much Mac sauce that the top button and the middle bun were mushy. Fries disgusting like always. Cold, salty , hard!
