I moved into the neighborhood in 2022, long time Deeks lover and long time mental health advocate. Since living here I had a dog that would FREAK out about doorbells or knocking. These guys heard and understood. always SO kind. He died recently and it hurts SO hard. He was too young, and my literal emotional support animal. 11/04 was a special occasion for my house, but it wasn’t special because we are so so so sad. I have OCD and I overshared in my delivery instructions. They heard me and gave me SO much love- through food AND the kindest delivery driver. I wish I hadn’t silenced him btw! But ears had JUST come out that couldn’t handle the love like I needed it. But I felt it!!!! I wish I could afford to tip him more. You are ALL amazing. -Miss Rainbow
- SSSlimOct 24, 20251.0In the last month or so, we've ordered Contactless delivery twice to our hotel room, both times from the West Fargo location. About a month ago, the driver came to the door and started blowing my wifes phone up, calling over and over. She answered the phone finally and the driver said "would you like to leave a TIP to the driver who drove this out to you?" So she told her to add $5, and the driver said "I'll sign it for you too" Last night, my wife ordered delivery at around 1am, and cery directly noted DO NOT DISTURB, CONTACTLESS DELIVERY, and by the time the food came, I had fallen asleep. Not for long. The driver arrived and started blowing up the phone. Calling over and over and over, then she started knocking. Louder and louder, harder and harder until it was cop-knocking (remember, we are in a hotel....) and my wife says "Contactless delivery!!" The driver demanded a tip, and a signature. My wife said, through the peephole in the door, "it's contactless delivery, no signature" (she's sick and pregnant, hence "contactless") The driver, from a standing position, literally drops the food to the floor and leaves. DROPS. The marinara sauce in the cups opened up and splattered all over the food, the pizza was a mess. DROPS THE FOOD. Who does that?! The two times I've ordered Deeks, I got the same driver with the same behavior, I can't be the only one who has had to experience this nastiness.
