    I ordered a single combo through the drive-thru, and to avoid lowering their falsely reported service times, they made me park. It took them more than 5 minutes. It's supposed to be fast food service; I was in a hurry and went through the drive-thru for speed, but it wasn't fast at all. And this isn't the first time, as I live near this branch. Terrible service and terrible wait times... the times they report to the company are lies.

    Tried ordering through the app and it said they were closed and I can see why. Got to the drive thru, sat for 20 minutes without anyone saying anything. Even said "hello" several times as well. Ended up leaving and going to bojangles. Hate the AI but at least we got served instantly.

    I door dash ordered this meal. Everything was cold. I asked for extra pickle, didn’t receive it. the grinch salt with my fries, they charged me for them but left the grinch salt out. The fries are half full. They sent no napkins or straws for the drinks. This location always has issues with these type things, especially the straws. We are sick and the app will not allow you to change location that you order from. A little disappointed I paid over a $1 extra for the grinch salt but didn’t receive it. They could have thrown some cookies or an extra pie in there for compensation smh get it together. Working at mcds is NOT that difficult.

    Was trying to pick up a door dashing order to deliver and it was supposed to be ready by 7:07 and ended up having to unassign the door dash request at 7:21 as the order still hadn't been started yet
