I was told to wait to place my order.. 6 mins later I pulled through the drive thru again and I was told to wait to… I do believe this is Corporate Mc Ds fault understaffed over worked people .. however I was not treated with any kind of customer service service I would care to repeat. this is probably the worst location you could order from . If you have a problem they don’t care… if you don’t.. they don’t care. It’s the worst place you can get shitty overpriced food from . A horrible experience.. you will hate yourself if you pay for this experience and imagine what that food might taste like?

I expect to be taken seriously and listened to when I have a question about my order, rather than dismissed and talked down to. But apparently even that is too much to ask nowadays!

- KBKate BrewsterDec 12, 20251.0Rude, lazy, and liars. This location was open 24/7 tonight. Pulled up waited too long to be greeted, as if they would except me to drive away. Was told it was a 10-15min wait. I said no worries and received a huff n puff as a reply. Proceeded to tell me grill was down and I could only order food from the fryer. I again explained I was fine with the wait for the burger combo I wanted. He was aggravated and took my order. There was no wait at all, so grill being down was obviously a lie, why try and shew away customers. Also, did not receive my fries and not once did he speak a word to me. Not my first rude and unprofessional experience with this location.
