  The coffee was barely warm. My husband requested an extra pancake syrup and didn't get one 🙃. My Sausage Egg Mcmuffin was good.

  If I had the choice to give a zero, I would do it.Please don’t repeat yourself and post a link to share thoughts with customer service, by now you should have realized that this location has a serious issue and should have done something about it!! To be fair, manager on duty can’t do that much with bunch of employees who don’t want to do what they’re supposed to do! Wait time is ridiculous topped off with rude attitude, no customer service manners or even the slightest will to be at normal speed level, not demanding to be fast which the way it should be, but being slow as sloth is not acceptable at all.Not having the initiative to put an order together as if it was yours, that is a problem, imagine reaching your destination after picking up the order and either you have missing item or wrong drink. Ordered caramel frappe the other day, reached the window to have 2/3 full of a cup and it didn’t look right, so I stopped in the parking lot and tasted it, no flavor at all ,just ice ,so I circled back and as soon as I reached the window and just said these five words “I just picked this up” ,employee snatched it out of my hand and closed the window with no word and then another one came with a full cup this time but also it didn’t look right so again I stopped in the parking lot and it was tasteless so again I circled back and I asked for a manager who was nice enough to apologize and she did fix a third one which was the right one this time since she realized that the two previous ones were made without priming the machine when a new bag was hooked up. Today I picked up a meal and asked if they put the ketchup that I asked for in the bag and the answer was yes and even stated to me that my drink is coke light ice so I picked it up and stopped in the parking lot and guess what?! No ketchup in the bag and the drink was dr. Pepper so went back to the store and was given a coke which was FLAT!! Didn’t bother to come back, at this point I am fed up with this crap. Chick fil a is by far better option in regards to food quality, customer service and even price.McDonald’s regular meals are not cheap .

  For the past couple nights the store cannot seem to get my order right with my cheeseburgers. I don’t like to complain normally but when this becomes a habitual pattern that’s when I have to speak up so these issues can be corrected and coached for future orders and customers. I feel attention to detail is what is most important with every order.
