    Awful experience. Took my code for the discount from the app, then didnt apply my discount. When I said something, they said they couldn't do anything and I would have to wait 15 minutes to use it again. Funny thing is, I damn near waited 15 minutes standing at the counter. Absolutely horrible service. Also, why is there 5 employees literally standing around while a line forms at the register??? People used to care about what they did, even if it was just flipping burgers.

    A senior cup of coffee hot and wonderful. They generally asked you do you want cream and sugar and if you say yes then I'll ask you how many they'll even put it in your cup for you. Thank you

    Gave to Many chances and they act like they don't care about their job. You have to wait for more than 1 hour if you order inside, they see you waiting to place an order and they act like you are not there,, if you do mobile order pick up the food if cold or they give you the order with attitude, you go in there too eat there's mess, manager be there and acts same way. Honestly that place needs a better team that cares about the job and customers.

    Being going several times and every time service gets worse. It's either waiting over an hour to get the order or having food cold or employees with attitude giving the food to customers like of someone did something to them. Honestly I don't even know how they got 100 on the Serv safe.the store be nasty too. I even got pictures of the inside with trash over full.

    These were the worst Big Macs we have ever had! The patties were dried out and actually chewy! There was too much sauce. It was a mess to eat. The French fries were awful too. Very dry and totally flavorless. Soooo disappointing We will never come back here, maybe never have another Big Mac ANYWHERE! It was a busy Sunday dinner time, the food should have been fresh.
