Come prepared to be pulled up in drive-thru just so they can make their service times. I understand if it’s a special order but what is the purpose of placing the order ahead of time just to still have to wait 10-15 minutes

I went today and the drive through did an amazing job taking an add on coffee order for my boss at the last minute..I appreciated their service and their coffee is back to their old standards hope this continues
So the quality has really gone done recently...the coffee has been so bad that when I got it early this morning I had to throw it out It was so cold with z terrible taste....then I went for my boss they screwed it up and the lid wasn't on right so it went all over only for it to be cold and bitter tasting...What happened! Went through the drive through. Girl who gave me my food was extremely rude. I was in shock. Spoke to me as if I wasn't a customer. Managers need to make sure cashiers treat customers with respect. This girl acted like she wanted to fight.

Whomever the manager is working today at 10:50 a.m. is straight up rude and disrespectful! The app told me their was not any spots available and that I need to go to the counter and tell them
My order # to get my food. She said it was against the policy and that I need to go back in the app and put my parking spot in. “Btw she never came and spoke to me directly only yelling to the other worker to tell her what to tell me.” I told her it wouldn’t let
Me and her solution was to reorder it. Told her I’m not paying for it twice and the app is literally telling me to go in and pick up. She never once came to the counter only yelling I will do it this once. Like it was my fault the app messed up.
