I recall David at the grill and rolling burritos. I’m proud of the franchise he’s built, but greatly disappointed in the meal I was served today at the Wilson location. I have counted on abundant meals here at burrito shak for years and recall giant burritos almost the size my forearm. Today, my son’s burrito was barely the size of his fist. It wasn’t rolled correctly or sealed at the ends. The guac was clumped in 2 spots. On top of that, it was over $40 to eat what, or less than what, we used to eat for $25. I’m not sure we’ll return anytime soon.

Previously, I had received a senior citizen discount of 5%. When I went to pay my bill, they said there was no senior discount. The manager said she could text the owner. I paid the higher costs. I felt cheated. The only good thing about the food was the chicken was nicely seasoned. As I type this review, the restaurant is empty at 5:17PM. This place used to be busier. Good service, great food, and proper management can turn a so-so restaurant into an amazing place to dine. Let’s see what happens in a positive way?!
