Dog lunged to try to bite as we were walking by and growled at lady sitting next to them. That is not service dog behaviors! It is totally disgusting that they will allow 2 non service dogs in the restaurant while people are eating. And people trying to pass their emotional support dogs as service dogs are pathetic!
