I walked in to use the ladies room, and found all of the toilets essentially up to the top with layers of other patrons bodily fluids that would not go down. The ladies room had an extremely offensive odor, the floor looked like it has never been mopped and there wasn’t a hook to hang up my bag which forced me to place my bag on the dirty floor. The fries were hot and that’s the only thing that got them the extra star, my twenty piece was absolutely hours old dry and nearly inedible. I know this is fast food but it needs to be edible sometimes. The cleanliness was just not there for me.
