  this pizza hut robbed me, i ordered online and the total was $7.48 and a day later the charge updated to $16 and i did not authorize a tip and it put my account into the negative. i’ve called 4 times and every time i was told to give 24-48 hours for the manager to get in contact with me and they still haven’t, it’s been 2 weeks and my bank keeps charging me overdraft fees. this location will rob you, don’t order from here.

  They had one job to fulfill my order. After placing my order online and driving to the location, I was informed that they did not have breadsticks and would have to issue a store credit for the breadsticks. A store credit, so now they have forced me to order again. I was about to leave and I noticed that my cinnamon sticks were also missing. After asking I was told that "cinnamon sticks are made using the breadsticks", as if I could possibly have known that. They then issued another credit. I asked why I couldn't simply recieve a refund back to my debit card and the cashier said " we can't do a partial refund on a debit card and they can't issue a cash refund for a debit card purchase". I wanted to call BS but I didn't want to argue with an employee who was clearly combative. I hope I never need to revisit this location but I'm afraid that their credit will only work there. I really just wanted my money back no matter how it was done. The food was decent one pizza was actually burned a little. I would not recommend to people I like.

  Well, gone are the days of good service. I can not and will not recommend Pizza Hut in Walkertown, but I will warn others of a very dismal and late delivery! We placed an order of just under $50 to be delivered to our door (7 minutes away). The tracking app gave us 2 different drivers and 8 different ETA's. Pizzas arrived cold, cheese hard, and the blue cheese sauce was never placed in the bag! It took a whopping 48 minutes to receive the order, and the "buy 1 get 1 free personal Pizzas " are a joke infantile size that would require a magnifying glass to actually see. We are done with Pizza Hut.

  I normally go to this location once or twice a week. Today was a complete disappointment. I ordered a large cheese with extra sauce. Got the cheese no extra sauce. They can't even get my first name right. The pizza was burnt disgusting. Usually they get my order right. I don't plan on ever coming back. Really sad because the guy who normally makes my pizza always does an amazing job. I like my pizza just right not over cooked. The birds will enjoy it.
