Spent almost an hour just to talk to someone on the phone got put on hold twice, ended up having to go to the store to find out what the problem was. When I got there was a line which was fine, the cashier was having trouble with the computer and the manager came out and done the door dash orders whi h was fine. The problem came when I got up to the counter and her computer crashed and she asked for help and got told by another coworker very rudely I can't deal with that while everyone that was waiting was watching. Here I am waiting and watching this girl struggle I said something that is when the manger came back out and called IT. They were telling us they could cash us out because of the computer even though I had already paid online. After about being there for 45 minutes they finally gave me my pizza which by now is luke warm. So sad how they treated the cashier. She was the only reason I stayed and didn't cancel my order.
