    Me and my daughter absolutely loves this McDonald's on Taylorsville hwy in Statesville Aaliyah was excellent with addressing our order provided excellent service with a smile and we absolutely lovvvvveee their Carmel frappe extra Carmel drizzle it's so fan-tab-ulous I highly recommend you attend this restaurant especially if ur a Carmel frappe lover this specific location is the one to attend especially if you want a frappe fix this the beez-kneez

    I usually don't have a problem with this restaurant. Troutman restaurant is terrible so I usually go a little further to this one. But this time my wait was 30 plus minutes for 2 combos. Pulled me up and forgot me. It was very busy but still. When I finally got my food one of the sandwiches was wrong and fries were cold. So dissatisfied

    First, I waited at the counter to ask for ketchup because it is no longer available at counters but was ignored for 5 minutes and finally left. At least there was ketchup on my meatless cheeseburger bun. There is NO MEAT ON IT!!!!! What in the world???? Of course, we are headed on our way down I-40, entering Catawba Co and it is hardly worth turning around, but I travel this road to medical appointments very frequently- never will I stop here again!!! Thanks for the bun!!

    The guy at the window tonight was unnecessary rude. The last few times I’ve been there and placed a mobile order I get to the window to get my food and I’m told something I ordered was unavailable. Even tho its becoming a regular occurrence, I’m not hard to get along with. I’ll just switch it but the employee doesn’t need to get an attitude about it and walk away. He also got an attitude for asking for a drink tray. I told him thank you and he just ignored me. I also work with the public. I realize it’s a busy time of year and everyone is tired and stressed but I’m not hateful to people just because they come to my work place to shop or eat. I didn’t realize until I got home I was missing a medium fry. I guess that’s why fault for not checking my order. Food is getting too expensive to not get what you paid for.

    I ordered McDonald’s at 4am, which already tells you my life choices were questionable. Somehow, McDonald’s still managed to disappoint me beyond expectations. Placed a mobile order, got charged, pulled into the drive-thru… only to be told: “Systems are down. Nothing we can do.” Nothing. Not a refund. Not food. Not even the illusion of competence. So let me get this straight: your app can happily take my money, but when your systems implode, the solution is basically “lol, good luck”? There’s no refund option in the app, and the store’s response is a shrug like this is my fault for trusting a global fast-food corporation. This isn’t an employee problem — this is management and corporate incompetence at its finest. If your systems are down, TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERS. That’s not advanced technology; that’s basic common sense. Congratulations, McDonald’s. You’ve invented a new dining experience: 💸 Pay first 🚗 Drive over 🍔 Receive nothing I came for food and left with an unwanted donation to Ronald McDonald’s Technical Difficulties Fund. 10/10 would not recommend. I’ll be eating my disappointment elsewhere.
