After the cashier took my order she immediately started stocking instead of fixing such as small uncooked order. To my surprise I saw the expedite person pull two cookies and had them in her hand without gloves. So I urgently called the cashier and explained i didnt want any cookies from an employee bare hand. So I asked for a refund. Then here comes the rudest manager ever. No apologies, and I was told to say less. He most definitely not management material. The employees, management and the service st this Macdonald is horrible. Never will return and someone need to address these issues.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got given a strawberry banana smoothie, HOW do you mix those up? Its horrid and outrageous, if i could give zero stars i would, but unfortunately i cant.
