⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Ridiculous Experience
Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two caramel-flavored coffees and told the employee to just pick whatever caramel coffee they recommended with extra cream and sugar. She said, “I’ll hook you right up,” then charged me $10.01 for two coffees.
After paying, I was told to pull into spot #1. I sat there 15 minutes while the drive-thru cleared out. When I asked where my order was, I was told the machine was in a 15-minute cleaning cycle and they couldn’t make my coffee.
So I asked for a refund.
After waiting even longer, someone brought me $7 and some change and said that’s all they could give me. I explained I paid $10.01, not $7. A manager came out and said there were two managers on duty and they “can’t refund that amount.”
So let me get this straight:
They charged me $10.01, never gave me my coffee, and then told me they can’t give me my full money back?
I waited over 30 minutes, had no coffee, and still didn’t get my full refund. If a customer walked in and took $10 worth of product, police would be called—but somehow it’s fine when the business keeps your money and gives you nothing.
Unacceptable service, poor management, and zero accountability. I will not be back.

Absolutely terrible location go to any other if you can!, the service here is horrible rude people bad attitudes and poor customer service waited for 30 minutes today for part of my mobile order we watched everyone get there food and drinks while we were ignored by staff and when we gave up and pulled back around to ask for the simple coffee it had been sitting on the counter ice a bit melted from sitting so long!

Today is 11/26 at 850 am I came into this mcdonald's and paid for our food the young girl at the cash register was waiting on this lady to pay she didn't she told the other lady in the back what she wanted then she told the lady at cashier I'm going to car go grab something so they put her food on the counter already she didn't pay for that large frap..drink or hashbrowns I told the lady she didn't pay yet oh she said that's my wife. ... But she don't work here at all ..
Comes in and get FREE FOOD HMMM mcdonald's shouldn't have workers like this at all. Bad service rude

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Ordered breakfast never got my order after half an hour of standing there. So I ask for a refund wait another ten minutes and they only refunded me the meal and not extra sandwiches I had ordered!!! They care to much about online ordering and not the actual customers!!
