But over all it was a good dining experience.

The food was amazing (many compliments to the Chef(s) because after a long day walking around we were starving). What made our experience bad was the server (I think her name was Laura). At first it seemed okay, we got our drinks and everything, I feel like she either forgot to ring in our order or forgot that our food was ready because it took about an hour to get our food. We were never given any updates and weren't even checked on. The server essentially went to the 3 other tables around us and seemed to be purposely avoiding our table. It wasn't until my brother called out to her to ask about our food that she said anything to us. We wouldn't have had a problem with the wait if we were at least told something because I know how busy things can be, but it couldn't have been so busy if a whole other table could get their food, finish and be gone before we could get ours. Again, I want to stress the food was amazing and we'll probably come back next time we're there but, if she's the server we'd probably just leave right then and there.

Drinks and warm bread came to our table, after 20 minutes we asked when our salads were coming out, waited another 10 minutes finally they came. Then we sat for about 30 minutes before our meals came on which were cold and had been sitting for quite a bit of time. Manager came over told him about the problems and he seemed unconcerned... Will never be going back!!

Manger handled with care and was very understanding. Gave us our meal for free, we appreciate it and understood the issues at hand.
