  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. I placed a to‑go order for a Bloomin’ Onion and two side salads. When I ordered, the woman taking my call told me it would be about a 15–20 minute wait. I ended up waiting a little over 40 minutes—definitely inconvenient, but not something I would normally complain about. After about 25 minutes, the manager on duty, Fred, came out to my car to apologize for the delay. He explained that there had been a mistake while cooking the Bloomin’ Onion and he didn’t feel comfortable serving it, so they were making a new one, which would extend the wait. Again, inconvenient, sure—but not the end of the world. When my food was finally ready, Fred personally brought it out instead of sending a curbside server. He apologized again, covered the cost of my order, and even offered a coupon for a free appetizer on my next visit. While those gestures were generous, they aren’t the reason for the five stars. What really stood out was Fred’s honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. He came out on his own to explain the delay, took responsibility, and followed through by delivering the food himself. Mistakes happen in any industry, but how you handle them makes all the difference. Fred turned what could have been an annoying and frustrating night into a fantastic experience.

  Our waitress Serenity was the best waitress we have ever had in our lives and we do a lot of eating out. She was so wonderful. It was like she was a longtime friend or part of our family. She made our experience so awesome. We can't wait to go back.! We had to go talk to the manager to tell him never let her go, and he assured us she wasn't going anywhere! Shes awesome!!!! If you're in the area and your knee or you're not, and you've never eaten here, you're missing out on good people Great food the waitress was so entertaining. We had a ball. We forgot we were out to eat.!!! Go eat here and ask for Serenity and No matter what waitress you get always tip Them well because they deserve it. The food was awesome delicious hot can't wait to go back.!!! They have good deals also

  We use to come years ago but stopped after covid because the restaurant went down hill. Everything from the food to the service was bad. BUT that all changed with the new management/owner! They completely turned the place around!the server we had was amazing! The owner even came and checked on every table. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and after the cake and song, they even brought her a present! The food was on point! Hot, fresh and cooked perfect! I definitely recommend going here now with the new management!

  We came to Outback Steakhouse to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Our server, Tabitha, was incredibly sweet and attentive, and Manager Will came by to check on us and made us feel so welcomed. They truly went above and beyond to make my dad’s birthday special for all of us. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  After driving for 9 hours we called ahead and were seated after waiting for 25 minutes - I ordered the twin lobster tails with broccoli and rice - I ordered everything plain and my meal was delicious - My partner ordered the pork chops (plain) with a sweet potato and the wedge salad - He enjoyed every morsel - We love the fact that Outback takes their customers' requests seriously and happily accommodates them - We also enjoyed two loaves of their warm, crusty honey wheat bread - Delish! Our server, Serenity, was exceptional and could not do enough for us - She ensured that our meals were prepared as requested and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything - She is an outstanding employee! Our entire experience was great and we highly recommend this Outback location - Ask for Serenity!
