  It has been years since I last visited. I stopped going because of poor service practices. The service seems to have improved by a small amount. That said, I ordered Fillet mignon and Lobster and was give Rib-eye and coconut shrimp.... Now, the real reason everyone should read this, the filth in the restaurant is unacceptable. Listen cleaning is easy. Every area I could see was filthy. To include every piece of dinnerware at our table. Each piece of silverware, plates and glasses. Under every table, each corner floor to ceiling, dirty. The dim warm dinning room lighting does not fool anyone looking. The owner, managers and each employee should be ashamed that they operate such a disgusting restaurant.

  I ordered my food online to have it delivered to me. I want to say im so pleased with the experience I had over the phone and their overall phenomenal customer service. The manager sent over her employee to deliver my food because door dash was taking to long and she didn’t want my food sitting there from pass situations they had. If I knew her name I would put here. She was the manager 3/11/26 @6pm incase the GM want to give her credit. Thank you ma’am. Awesome experience!! Thanks 😊

  My name is Sierra, I came a week ago and the order i received was completely wrong, my family is “No Pork” eaters and they put bacon on our stuff after we specifically said it multiple times, so i called and spoke with the manager William and when i tell you he went above and beyond to fix their mistakes, im veryyyy appreciative gave a free meal, and coupons for me and my daughter! I highly recommend this location & the food was great !

  Eating by myself. So she only had one meal to get and I had water . Everything was cold . I had to ask for my potatoes, said thy were waiting on them, not sure how, because they were cold too. You can tell by the lump of butter on the filet it was cold and not even put under the salamander or heat lamp whatever they use well I guess nothing. The filet so salty that that’s all you could taste was salt . Biggest pet peeve of a waitress, ‘Would you like change ‘ ? You say ‘I’ll be right back with you your change ‘ I know Outback is fast food, but even look at the asparagus they’re from two different batches. One was old and one was fresher. Why didn’t you just give me all fresh asparagus especially since I’m paying extra for? Do not recommend this Outback, plenty of other places to eat here .

  Place is a disaster. We were told there was a 45 minute wait and there were at least 15-20 booths open. Also did the wait ahead online and that didn’t count for anything. We finally got a table after starting at the bar. Our waitress Desiree was great, the food not so much. Sweet potato and baked potato were very over done and soggy. The lobster tails were cold and the coconut shrimp seemed to be old and maybe reheated if at all. Place should be shut down.
