Food was cold because it sat there while the coffee was being made enough though I ordered through the app before arriving but still had to wait 15 more minutes. Also they posted my order pickup up while I stood there waiting. That was not nice people cold fries nasty no time to argue or wait either. SMH

I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s multiple times going to and from Raleigh to Pinehurst. Their drive-thru service is possibly the worst I’ve encountered. I’m guessing the owner isn’t present as all it takes is to look at the tickets times to realize that 20 min is too long to get an order.

Waited 30 minutes from the time of ordering to receive my mobile pick up. There was no explanation or apology. There were also no napkins and the fries were upside down in the bag.
