Every single time I visit this location, I order ahead on the app & select drive-thru, and per the app, they'll 'start prepping your order ahead of time so it's ready when you get here', and every single time I get to the window I'm immediately asked to park to wait for my food.
Every single time, I end up waiting 10+ minutes, and 4 out of 5 times my order is incorrect, or somehow goes missing. I just waited 15 minutes, had 2 visits from an employee who initially brought me someone else's order, and 5 minutes later came back to ask me 'what did you order again?' after I'd shown them my app the first time they walked up with a bag of something that wasn't mine.
Noticing any trends in how 'every single time' the service is terrible? What is the point of pushing people through the drive-thru to keep your service times artifiically low if you consistently make errors and cannot even keep track of the orders on your screen?
This location needs to reassess what's important and stop advocating for fast drive-thru service times and start advocating for it's customer experience.

I was in the drive thru and I got a 10 piece nugget and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce so I went back through the drive thru and the manager refused to give me sauce for my 10 piece nugget tried to charge me for sauce that comes with my meal get better management and she was steaming at her costumer’s.

Wow, just everything about the store is terrible. Ordered through DoorDash, they gave away my food to someone and instead of remaking my order canceled it. Then I replaced the order and they cancelled that too! Finally was able to get my order through just for the manager to refuse to give my order to my dasher. Absolutely ridiculous of going back and forth just to get an order.

It's a McDonalds like any other. Usually you wait longer than you'd like and sometimes the order is messed up. Food is okay, if cheap, but the price you pay usually isn't.

I usually avoid this McDonald's because my experiences have consistently been disappointing. However, this morning I decided to give it another try and ordered a sausage McMuffin using the mobile app around 7:45 AM. The drive-thru was understandably busy at that time, and I waited in line for about 20 minutes.
When I reached the speaker, communication was difficult—I couldn’t understand the employee, and it seemed they couldn’t understand me either. Since I had already paid through the app, I expected a smoother process at the window. Unfortunately, they still asked for payment and didn’t seem to recognize my order. After trying to clarify and getting nowhere, I gave up and left without my food.
It’s frustrating to consistently encounter poor service here. I’ve also noticed they often ask customers to pull forward and wait, which I’ve heard is done to improve their drive-thru time metrics. While I understand the pressures of fast food service, the customer experience shouldn’t suffer as a result.
Clear communication is essential, especially in a busy environment. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and streamline the mobile order process. Everyone deserves a better experience.
