They screw up extremely simple orders 90% of the time (like a burger with 1 thing removed); they frequently don't give enough fries, they take a long time making orders even if there is no line, the floors are sticky an everything looks run-down and dirty, staff plod around inside like they're confused at every turn. No one cares. Go somewhere else.
