When we walked in we were greeted by the manager (I believe he said his name was Joe) then he took our order. When we ordered he let us know that our food may be delayed a few minutes. We appreciated him telling us up front so that we knew what to expect. Our food took approx. 10 minutes and throughout our wait the manager consistently checked in with us to let us know they were working on our food and hadn’t forgotten us. When our food was ready the manager brought it to us and added 2 apple pies to our order for the wait. This manager’s excellent customer service skills made what would typically be a frustrating experience a great experience! We will definitely stop at this McDonalds next time we’re in the area!

Drive thru window was in lobby, do employee had to bring bags into eating area. First McDonslds I've been to that was designed this way
