This goes beyond the employees and managers. It's just McDonald's though so people will constantly come back and they know that so I guess that makes it okay for them to just not take the people seriously. Place is junk.

He was trying to help the customers inside with orders and hand orders out to the ones who ordered at the kiosks and he was also in charge of taking out the orders to the cars for pickup. It was not busy that time of day and there was seven people standing around waiting for orders and trying to be helped we finally give up. Decided to go out to the drive-thru when we got to the pay window they informed us that it was cash only but there was no sign to be found. While we were trying to find some money we saw this irate gentleman standing outside of his car in one of the pickup spots waiting for his order which looked like he'd been waiting for a very long time according to how mad he was.
