If you’re going to have a friendly AI voice at the drive-thru taking orders, the person at the second window should at least match that same energy. I came through around 5:55 AM 11/17/25 just to get a coffee, and the young lady at the window had a terrible attitude. I greeted her, and she looked dead at me without saying a word. handed it over, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I grabbed my things and left. What makes it worse is I know the window doesn’t have to be like that, there’s another employee who usually works it, and she’s always polite and respectful. So clearly, it’s not a staffing issue, it’s a customer service issue. If someone can’t interact with customers properly, they don’t need to be the face of the window. Simple.

At least 6-7 cars that arrived after me got thier food first. I acknowledge that I had a large order but 40 minutes to get my food is ridiculous.

The sandwiches are made so sloppy and multiple times when I order the carside pick up, they take sooooo long. I actually have to go in to get it. They need better management!
