  I went into this McDonald's a couple days ago and was pulled forward, & of course they forgot part of my order, I tried calling them and nobody answered. The next day I called and spoke to a nice lady who said that she wrote my name in their book and next time I came in they would give me replacements. I go there tonight and I talked to the manager and she tells me that my name wasn't in the book and that there was nothing she could do and that is was policy. She was very rude about it and acted like it was my fault because I couldn't remember the manager I spoke to and they have a lot of managers. I ordered through the app and the app can't give me a partial refund or credit or anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. No help whatsoever, what is the point of the "book" if you won't even put the info in it.

  Got my food fast but like any McDonald's, it was clear they didn't, want me around waiting for my ride looking like I am loitering.

  Walked in and ordered a fry at the kiosk. Simple right? Not here.After waiting 5 minutes, (at 8:30 pm mind you with workers on their phones reading text messages) I asked the girl on her phone could she get my order and she said wait a minute. So I did, and she gets on her phone and reads text messages staring at the order screen. I asked her again could she make a small fry and she said her screen was down. Well I had the receipt from where I paid so I told her and she looked at it and said there's nothing on here as if I was lying about a small fry. The receipt said "paid" on it. So she goes and gets the fry and bags it and throws it on the counter at me and walks away. UNBELIEEEEEEEEEEVABLE!!! What kind of management is going on here is my question or lack of should I say for an snot-nosed employee to act that way to their elder. I will be following up with how customers have been treated here at this location. Phone calls do wonders when you know what to say. 3 star rating on Google is not surprising AT ALL.
