  First time coming here and we came through the drive though and they forget my entire meal. Of course it was the more expensive double too. Won’t be coming back. My wife’s meal that we did get was cold and mid at best. Onions rings were good, credit where it’s due. (We don’t live that far away)

  Worst one I’ve been to. Food was awful. The chicken sandwich was half inedible. It was like fake meat stacked in layers to form a patty. Shredding & hard with lots of long, fatty strings cooking from it. Entire order was wrong & I was ignored by what appears to be the manager & left standing at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted or figure out I had an order. Everything was cold & the burger was not good either.

  This was my first time and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for fries and a shake. When asked about it I was told they had already brought it out. I than waited another 15 minutes for it. I wish I could say it was a good experience, but the food was average and the employees were rude.

  I’ve been to this location four times since it opened initially I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because it was new and I figured they had some things to work out every single visit. I come to this when I go through the drive-through every single time I am missing something on my food tonight. I got my entrées, but no fries at all. I even said at the drive-through Window for an extended time, waiting for my food just to end up, not getting it all and having to go back inside

  I’ve given this location several chances and every time I come here either it takes more than 20 minutes to get my food or the order is incorrect. The fist Tim I came here I gave them a pass since it was the week of the grand opening. The next week I figured they had worked out all the issues. I sat in a parking spot after being pulled up from the drive thru and watched more than 10 cars get their order before I got mine. After waiting for 30 minutes my order finally came out. Not only was it not what I ordered but apparently also incomplete as there was another person that came to the car with the “rest of the order” I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my order. And just now went back to try again. Waited for around 10 minutes to get the wrong order again. This will probably be the last time I visit this location.
