Confused we called the store, once someone answered they stated they were closed. The closing time didn’t match the online hours. We asked why… they stated they were short staffed. Thank you to the employee for being so kind when answering. Shame on Pizza Hut for paying so little, employees don’t want to show up for work. Shame on management for offering specials they can’t follow through with. Dominos has never done us dirty like this. Save yourself the heartbreak of a cancelled order and order someplace else!
- CHCindy Hutto6 days ago1.0First off I ordered my pizza and didn't see where I could choose the time i needed (1hr later) I called PH before the order went completely through to push my order back. The girl said she had already made them but would make more for my needed time. I questioned her "you got my order AND made it in 30 seconds?" She said yes 🙄 After sitting in traffic for 30+ minutes due to a wreck I arrived too the drive thru. The car at the window was in park so I figured they were making their pizza so I drove around and walked up to the door. The girl locked the door in my face and told me I had to drive around. I got BACK behind the person in drive and he finally left. No one came to the window and I waited over 15 mins, called the number (to watch it ring), saw 2 other people walking around who also ignored me and knocked on the window. After 15+ mins of waiting I left. I called to get a refund and was hung up on. Now I have to wait for my bank to deal with these idiots!

I'm not sure what the plan was but I knew that I didn't want to eat from there, so I left. Marcos for dinner I guess!
