We just had the BEST date night ever here tonight. The biggest shoutout goes to our server, Kaleb. An absolute gem, Kaleb was enthusiastic and attentive from the moment we got there. He thoroughly elevated our dining experience from the very beginning when I ordered the holiday drink (99% for the cute koala it came with) and Kaleb went SO out of his way to make sure I got one to take home with me when we found out they were otherwise out of them. There was never a moment we needed anything because Kaleb was on it! Genuinely felt like 5 star service. The food was delicious (we got the 3 course meal- yum!) and came out fast and hot. The other staff we met along the way were all so nice with big smiles too! What an awesome experience.

We were there for my sister-in-law's birthday. The restaurant was not busy. Our server, Kyndall, absolutely sucked! Had she been in the weeds, I could totally understand the fact she never brought us drink refills, any sauces for our food (even forgot to put one persons order in completely and tried to blame the kitchen staff, but rang it up as a different bill.) We never got bread after asking multiple times either. Im not sure if this girl is new to serving, but if so, this is not her calling and she needs to quit!

I typically love Outback and their food is fabulous but after witnessing the severe lack of respect and kindness from this stores manager towards another party yesterday I will no longer be giving my business to this location. Me and my bestie were seated and enjoying our meal and during our meal, we overheard a conversation between this stores manager and some of the members of this party in which this manager was extremely disrespectful to members of this party and instead of addressing their concerns in a professional manner proceeded to totally ignore them and engage in insulting language that I rather not repeat. As someone who has dined in multiple Outback locations across 7 states this is not the customer service I expect from this brand. Even though this interaction did not occur with me directly it made both me and my besties dining experience really unenjoyable. We hope that this manager maybe receives some better customer service de-escalation training and is kinder to their guests in the future.

Our family visited Outback Steakhouse in Mooresville, on a Saturday evening around to with eight adults and 5 kids, including 2 children with autism. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, and several tables were clearly available. We informed the staff of our group size and were told they would pull some tables together and check on high chair availability. After waiting patiently for about 20 minutes, we watched as multiple other parties-some smaller, and even one larger group of ten-were seated ahead of us. When we finally asked to speak with the manager, we were told that there were now no tables available and that we would need to wait an additional 30 minutes. The manager’s response when we said we would leave was, “Well, you should have called ahead.” The entire experience left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. It appeared that our group was being deliberately overlooked, possibly because of the presence of our children with autism. This was especially painful, as we had just come from a family member’s viewing and were hoping to have a quiet meal together. I’ve never written a review before, but I feel it’s important to share this so other families- especially those with children who have special needs-are aware and hopefully not treated the same way. Outback should be deeply concerned about the way this situation was handled. Every family deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their circumstances.

Horrible experience at Outback Steakhouse in Morrisville, NC, last Saturday evening. We arrived just before 5 PM with eight adults and five kids, including two with autism, and the place was nearly empty. We told the staff our group size, and they said they'd pull tables together. After waiting 20 minutes-watching 32 other people get seated, especially one large group before us-we asked the manager. She claimed we'd need to wait another 30 minutes, even though seats were opening up. We finally left and found another restaurant that welcomed us without issue. When we told the manager we were going, she brushed it off, saying we should've called ahead and made several other excuses like they didn’t have servers in place. When I asked them how did other groups get seated with out servers she just turned red . Honestly, it felt discriminatory-our group was ignored because of the kids with autism. Avoid this location; they don't deserve your business.
