  Service was fantastic! 14 on our party for two family members birthday. Server didn't miss a beat with any of us. She was there with her A game! I rarely, rarely treat myself to a steak but this was one of those times. Melt right in my mouth. Cocktail was great.

  Kaleb was an awesome waiter. He has outstanding customer service. Greeted us with a smile. He just went above and beyond his duties. Food was great as well. Very knowledgeable.

  Our server was very lax ...took some time to wait on us ...never brought the beer that was ordered ...we had to stop her to get additional needs ...when Ordering told her to pack salad to go ..then at the end asked for our dessert (cheese cake) to go ...so all in all ...I never received the beer ..nor the salad ..nor the desserts ...she was too busy hanging at the bar talking every free moment she got ..flirting with some guys ...Kyndall..sure the hell is a the Attenentive server Claude is

  Had a phenomenal experience there. The steaks are always great. The blue cheese encrusted was perfect.

  We don’t go out to eat often at all, so this was a really special occasion for us. The Blooming Onion appetizer was delicious, and my husband’s tuna entrée was very good as well. Unfortunately, my steak was extremely overcooked, burned honestly, and the shrimp had very little color or flavor as well, which was disappointing for me. What completely redeemed the experience, though, was our server, Claude. He was absolutely one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He was on top of everything from start to finish, genuinely friendly, witty, and had such a warm, fun personality. We were already pretty stressed just getting out of the house that night after a really rough day, and Claude truly helped that stress melt away and allowed us to actually enjoy our rare and child-free evening together. He went above and beyond, bringing extra sauces, surprising us with dessert, and making us feel cared for the entire time. Even though the food wasn’t perfect, his service and exceptional attitude made our night memorable nonetheless. I would honestly go back just to have him as our server again. Outback is lucky to have him. Please give this man a raise. ❤️
