I never leave reviews on google but he was so amazing that i had to write one just for him. He was kind, attentive, funny, and genuinely made our experience awesome. The food was good but what made it a great experience was our service by him! Someone give this man a raise. If you’re going to Outback ask for him, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Claude for your hard-work and kindness. It does not go unnoticed.

The server said I'll have them make you another one..ok fine .. well 3 minutes later they sent the same burger with my bite missing from it , Luke warm, and now WELL DONE with a piece of ice cold cheese on top not even barely melted Why would anyone cook an already overdone Burger again and made it well when it's supposed to be medium rare I think people just don't care anymore

Waitress let me run out of tea while she talked to the couple behind me then saw i out of tea said she would get me some then went over to anouher table and changed the tv channel on a tv so they could see the panthers game. Then had another girl bring us a to go tea while i waited on a baked potato i ordered and was brought out and laid on the bar..crazy! Girl just got to distracted to easy and cost her a good tip..sorry!
- ARA RDec 13, 20253.0Previous visits have been 5 star across the categories. Service is always great. Servers are all super friendly, helpful … nothing to improve there. French onion soup was second to none. However, I was really surprised that a steakhouse couldn’t do better on a burger. The Bloomin’ burger was listed as a 1/2 lb. Maybe the Aussie 3 course meal is a smaller version but it wasn’t indicated on the menu. It was about the size of a McD QP. The meat was chewy and the outside was charred hard. It reminded me of cheap 80/20 which might explain the 50% size difference. The onions were cold, hard, and mostly breading chips. The tomato slice was a silver dollar. Seems the restaurants are moving to roma tomatoes. A real disappointment for otherwise great experiences before.
