A must try, fantastic casual local eatery with quick service, fresh food, and great location. Atmosphere of exactly that! The reviews with complaints about lack of service must have missed the well explained concept upon entering both the building and order line. Place your order at the counter and you can either take it to go or choose to stay and eat in the dining room. Menu selection is expansive and has great speciality options. Ordered the Bourbon Street Skillet with steak & in house pizza. Both were amazing & did not disappoint. Service was exceptional, greeted immediately on arrival. Food was delivered in promised time of 15 minutes, reasonable price for fresh, well prepared entrees, and great portions. Hope to have the opportunity to visit again. Thanks for a great meal!

We used to love this place and came here all the time, but sadly, it’s just not the same anymore. The quality has completely crashed. We spent $60 on two burgers, fries, two drinks, and onion rings — and every single thing was disappointing. The onion rings were stale, the burgers were burnt, the lettuce was wilted, and the fries tasted like they were reheated leftovers. Nothing was fresh, and it showed. This place used to have great food and a fun atmosphere, but now it feels tired and careless. It’s honestly sad to see how far it’s fallen. Unless something changes fast, we’re done coming here — and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone right now.

One-Loved Burger place.. As regulars, we were disappointed during our recent visit. The quality of food has declined, leaving us wondering if there have been changes in ownership or staff. The restaurant had a bad smell, and the burgers were overcooked with soggy bacon, tasting like cardboard. The fries were stale and seemed reheated. Considering we spent $57 for two burgers, fries, two drinks, and onion rings, we expected better. What was once our weekly favorite is now a place we can’t recommend. We hope they can regain their quality.

Ordered delivery, which is always risky. Food is always better when fresh and eaten in-house. The quality of food when delivered is highly dependent on packaging, often determining whether it's crispy or soggy, rubbery or mushy. Everything that arrived seemed to hold up well, but didn't have much flavor. Skillet was seasoned like a sauce, the dry burgers were seasoned with a little salt, and the only moisture was from the tomato and pickles. The sides were a little hard/chewy. Good thing we ordered a pizza as backup, which was ok, 3-star pizza. Most of everything else went wholly uneaten or half-eaten. When multiple people don't finish more than half their burgers, I think it's a sign they are not that great. If you try this place, please go inside and eat there, since you may be unhappy with delivery. I may do the same when next in town - the food wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either, and that could be due to delivery.

The burger was amazing. The service- I mean they are trying. There were only 2 guys that seemed to be taking orders, serving tables, and cleaning up. We waited a long time to order with only 3 groups of people in front of us. The food came fast and was fresh once we sat down. There were a couple of parties that came in and they sat while the rest of their party ordered which it specifically said not to do. This made it to where some people who ordered weren’t able to sit down right away. The workers did see this and said nothing. It was just odd as there were places to wait and by the time their party ordered other people were getting up- as it took a while to order. They would have gotten a table regardless is what I’m trying to say.
