    No one ever answers the phone, even when it is not a busy time. You are not able to customize most items online. When you try to call and ask for something, you get sent to a call center. I have yet to have an order come out properly when I get to the store. I asked one of the employees if there was a way to change something online, and was told NO with an eye roll. I was then told that modifying anything overloads the employees and that they don't have time "to look through all of that stuff." Even when the call center sends a message to the store, they do not read it. We have been trying to use Pizza Hut more because we have had so many of the same issues with Domino's. They're too far out to deliver, so we always drive out there to pick it up. Then, we have to wait for the order to be corrected, while the rest of the food gets cold. Also, management does not care about any of the reviews we put on here. They never read or respond to them.
