- DRDevon RhodesNov 14, 20254.0Usually Mcdonald's doesn't get awesome reviews but this one interaction was so sweet for me. I was doing a curbside pickup and it had taken awhile, around 45 minutes. Once it was done the young man came up with my food and apologized for the wait, he said his name was Corven, and he'd forgotten my straw and was quick to come back and hand it to me. That boy was so kind and apologized a lot for the wait, which I didn't mind but it was the thoughtfulness and diligence he preformed that made me leave this review! Thank you Corven!

The sorry young girl with glasses on the line was soooo RUDE, HATEFUL and need to be fired!!! And we came in before any rush or drive thru was backed up. But of course NOBODY will do anything about the crap service!!! Manager needs to be trained better!!! Then he and that young girl with glasses argued with a paying customer, screaming, cussing. Corporate needs to step in, fire these two and get better staff to serve YOUR paying customers with their money!! DEFINITELY ZERO STARS!!!
