Even her cashier told her I did but she refused to give it to me at the app price. I asked for the home office number and she said they were just bought by a new owner. So I got my money back and I left. She was so rude. We don't ever plan on going back Even though we only live approximately 3 miles away.

She is rude, always messes up orders, has meltdowns where coworkers have to pick up slack and has the worst customer service. I have delt with her several times and prior to her working here I have never had a problem with the quality, quickness, and customer service. I let it slide for a while because everyone has bad days and its a job dealing with the general public. Eventually you stop making excuses and hold the person accountable. Will definitely be making the effort to go somewhere else if she is working. Being kind is free

Already paid for, right location, at 515am and said they switched to breakfast at 5am.
