  I wanted to get two biscuits with butter on them. They put butter on top of the e biscuit instead of the inside? I asked if they would put butter on the inside and they said they weren’t allowed to do that?! I said well you open a biscuit and put egg, bacon or anything else on the inside of it. Well they will not do that…. So it’s better to just go to biscuitville or bojangles and get a real butter biscuit.. just inconvenience when your driving to work and have to pull over to put packs of butter on the inside of your butter biscuit!!!

  I usually order on the app at the Union Cross or Walkertown McDonald’s — and funny enough, I never have issues there. I rarely come to this location… and now I know exactly why. I ordered through the app thinking it would make things quick. That was clearly asking too much. They weren’t even busy, yet they handed me half my food at the window. I told them what was missing, they brought two burgers, but still forgot the fries. Eventually I had to show them the bags AND hand them my phone — which the employee walked off with “to show someone,” I’m assuming… which is wildly unprofessional. After that mini magic show, they finally came back with the rest of my order. Seven items total. Not complicated. Somehow turned into a full production. And while all of this was happening, I got the bonus feature of watching employees scrolling on their phones in full view of the drive-thru window. Impressive multitasking, honestly — wrong order AND personal screen time? Bold strategy. I could’ve driven to literally any other McDonald’s — including my usual two — and been in and out faster, with the correct food, and without my phone taking a tour of the building. This location needs a serious reset in professionalism, accuracy, and basic customer service.

  Check your drive through orders!!!!! I ordered 2 Grinch meals and they were both missing the socks. I went inside and told the manager. He was very rude and told me that he packed the order himself with the socks.
