  I am beyond disgusted with my experience at this McDonald’s. I was served raw chicken strips—pink, undercooked, and completely unsafe to eat. This is not a minor mistake; it’s a serious food safety failure that could have made someone extremely sick. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled afterward. When I returned to report the issue, the manager refused to come out and speak to me. Instead, they sent a regular employee back and forth to deal with a problem that clearly required management accountability. While I stood there waiting for a refund, I could hear employees laughing in the background, which felt incredibly disrespectful given the seriousness of the situation. There was no apology that matched the severity of the issue, no sense of urgency, and no professionalism. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable on its own, but hiding in the back while an employee is forced to handle an angry, justified customer—and laughing while doing so—is a complete failure of leadership. This location needs immediate attention from corporate. Food safety standards, staff training, and management conduct are clearly not being taken seriously. I have lost all trust in this McDonald’s and will not be returning.

  Had a terrible experience at this location today. We picked up the food and when got home realized that instead of hamburgers we got cheeseburgers which, mistakes happens and it’s not a huge deal. My wife went back and asked to remake the order. The staff refused to remake the drink (by the time she went home and back, it has all melted) and then also they wanted the bag back?? Which we gave it back, but I’m really hoping they’re just disposing of it and washing their hands afterwards because it’s extremely unsanitary. The person who refused to remake the order in complete said they were the location manager (with no name tag) and I can’t wrap my head around how they think that’s an acceptable response. It goes without saying, they won’t see me and my family at this location, we’ll be reporting this incident to corporate, and in the meantime I’ll take my money to Culver’s where they treat their guests with kindness and respect.

  So this McDonald's is one of the only ones in the area that still has self-serve soda refills. For THIS REASON, I will drive out of my way and come here. I don't patronize the ones that take that away, as I do not enjoy waiting in lines or trying to get someone's attention to refill my soda for the road. I just choose other places to spend my money. I came here for The Grinch meal though, and I really liked the nostalgia of the promotion. I ordered holiday pies too and the employees cooked some fresh for us. I also noticed someone came out and was cleaning the dining room area. This caught me off guard as it is rare to see places carrying on the old ways in 2025.... it almost brought a tear to my eye. In all seriousness though, I really enjoyed this location, the food was really good and fresh and the restaurant was pretty clean. I wish they all were like this but I will just drive a little out of my way and come here if I need my McD's!

  I work down the street and I decided to visit this Mcdonalds location for lunch. I entered the store at roughly 3:16pm and ordered a snack wrap, med fries, and a water (which was listed as $0.50). Mind you this order was for ToGo. As my order came up the lady who handed me my food refused to give me a cup for water stating, we don't give out water cups, even when I mentioned I didn't mind her filling it, just in case she was insinuating I was planning to steal soda instead. I also asked about the 50 cents which was explained that it didn't actually charge that due to it being a small water. However I ended up leaving and having to buy water else where yo go with my lilunch due to this. I am aware this is a minor issue, and that some people do abuse the drink fountains. However refusing to give someone water with a meal is outrageous. And honestly will be the reason I will not return to this location. I am unaware if this is an actual business policy However if you are worried about your PnLs you can always fill the water cups yourself for togo orders and still allow your customers refreshments with their meals. Overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
