  Outstanding service from Manager Kimberly and our Waiter Francisco! The food was extremely delicious and piping hot!!!

  Just wanted to give props to the Huntersville Outback! The manager Kimberly is always so friendly. She is always checking in with all, making sure her customers are happy. Everyone there is on point and personable and efficient with their positions. Our waiter Francisco was terrific, and there were numerous accounts of overhearing the staff around me welcome back regulars by name, asking how they've been. All and all, they really know how to make a national chain restaurant feel like a neighborhood restaurant with great food.

  We went out to eat ( New Year's Eve) the pkace wasnt busy. The waiter was slow and inexperienced. I ordered the 6 oz Outback Special. The potato soup was cold. The salad was mediocre/ usually the salad rocks and the steak was so peppered up I gagged.i sent the dinner back. It was disgusting. The party to our right were sending back plates and tge table behind me sent back a playe, too. I will not be back at this location. 90.5 rating, too. I've been burned before at this restaurant, thought I'd give it a chance again because I didn't feel like driving out to Mooresville. Next time, I'll drive to Mooresville.

  *Edited to update* Ronnie in management made it right by contacting me, offering an apology for the quality of the food & a chance to make it right. I got gift cards to cover another meal, so that was much appreciated. Thank you, Ronnie! Came to pick up an order on Christmas Eve. Ordered some wings for me & a Joey Sirloin for my kid. When my order came out, the server said there was no more apple juice, so here's a tea instead. (That was my 1st mistake in just taking it because no one at home drinks tea. Like thanks for just choosing a drink for me & not asking what I wanted in it's place ) When I got home, my wings were ok, but my daughter couldn't eat her steak. I try to go cut it up & noticed it was soooooo tough, dry, rubbery & totally full of gristle/chewy pieces. The only thing good about it was the seasoning. A butter knife couldn't get through it, it was cooked sooooo tough! That was a bad cut of meat. Needless to say, it was inedible & had to be thrown away and another meal found for her to eat. Oh & the fruit cup was absolutely pitiful! A cut half of an orange & ONE STRAWBERRY cut into tiny, infant-sized pieces. A joke & waste of time and money...literally 3 pieces of the meal were wrong or ill-prepared. I get it's Christmas Eve & people wanna go home, but at least do people's meals right while you're there.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience at Outback Steakhouse! I had such a great experience at this Outback Steakhouse that I had to leave a review. Jess was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the entire visit feel welcoming. She checked in at all the right moments without hovering and made sure everything was perfect. I also want to mention another gentleman (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I believe he was a chef). He personally came out to make sure my meal was cooked just right, and you could tell he cared about the quality and the guests’ experience. That kind of pride and hospitality really stood out. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt above and beyond. Huge thanks to Jess and the kitchen team for making it such a memorable visit. Highly recommended!
