When the guy is the manager in the store that does not happen. You definitely can tell the difference between a manager that cares and one that does not. Also, with my order I ordered the gold sauce. I came through drive-through. My order was incomplete. I had to get out and spend 15 minutes just waiting on fries and a sauce packet. Why would anybody want to come back?!
