  Tried my first Big Mac was a great experience and Great customer service. Thanks yahll I used a promo code to try the meal and was worth stepping out at night for. The on the clocks was kind and helpful. Thought I would be rushed at the cash register in drive thru and was not. thank you good conversation good food and good service. Shoutout if I may to the in store on 11/18/2025 called the store to compliment unavailable at the moment so I update the 411 on the main websites ^.^ fun fact the crew didn’t know it was my first time trying the Big Mac and still good food product service etc.

  Ate in restaurant and most tables had not been cleaned. Took way too long for our order (10 minutes) for 3 kids meals, 10 pc nugget meal and Quarter Pounder meal. Then part of the kids meals were missing. Then they argued about giving us the drink that went with the meal. Extremely inefficient inside. Most of the staff won’t look at you and acknowledge you. Entire focus is on the drive thru. Trust me, go to Burger King or Chic-Fil-A.

  It baffles me how incompetent the workers here can be. Time after time something goes wrong that there’s no point even coming back. I’ve had completely wrong orders, orders cancelled for no reason, obnoxiously long wait times for simple orders just to have it canceled as well, and today. I ordered a simple order through the app. McGriddle meal with a large coffee, 2 cream 4 sugar and vanilla syrup. I guess that was TOO advanced for them. I got a BLACK coffee. No cream, no sugar, no syrup, not even in the bag. They could have at least threw a few in the bag! The fact that something so simple that everyone else orders in the morning can’t be made by these workers is insane. Whoever runs this McDonald’s needs to have some kind of intervention with their workers because a majority of them should not be employed if they can mess up so many different times to so many different people.

  This locations sucks. The workers must be pretty lazy cause all I ordered was a 20 pc nuggets with 3 buffalo sauces and 3 happy meals 2 with 6 pc nuggets and one with 4 pc nuggets each with 2 small fries and sweet & sour sauce. I open they're box first only 1 fry in each box and no toy. One of the kids meals had buffalo instead of sweet & sour which is too spicy for the kids and as for mine no buffalo sauce. At least I still managed to have 20 nuggets and 3 hi-c's with the happy meals. Crazy how this location is closest but not worth going to instead I'm gonna have to drive further and get back with it colder. I could have checked the bag sure but they had a long line that was slow moving so I know the rest of the line doesn't want me to sit there checking my order and I wasnt about to open all 3 boxes cause I've never had an issue with a kids meal order being wrong or falling short on what was ordered. Disappointed and unsatisfied in the food being cold and not even having all of it after waiting like I did.

  This McDonald’s location has been a constant disappointment. Nearly every DoorDash order is missing something — sauces are either forgotten or not the kind I requested, and several times the kids’ meal wasn’t even included. That’s the one thing I’d expect them to double-check every time. Food quality is also inconsistent — sometimes overcooked and hard, other times undercooked and soggy. Unfortunately, this isn’t just an issue with delivery. Even when I visit in person, I usually end up having to park and go inside because the drive-thru messed up my order. I’ll give it 2 stars because when it’s done right, it’s done right — but unfortunately, that’s rare. This location really needs to improve accuracy, quality, and overall attention to detail.
